Thayer of Ravia passed from this life into eternity with Jesus on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 52 years, 5 months, and 24 days. Michael was born on June 04, 1966 in Chicago, IL. to the late Donald Thayer and Josie (Keel) Thayer. Michael made Johnston County his home for all his life. He worked in construction and as a carpenter until his health prevented him from working. Michael was a member of the Ravia Church of God and a proud citizen of the Chickasaw Nation. Interment will follow in the Ravia Cemetery with Michaels family and friends serving as pallbearers. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Tishomingo Funeral Home.
