Christopher Lee Smith

Nov 29, 1986 — Jul 9, 2026

Ravia, Oklahoma

Christopher Lee Smith, beloved son, brother, and stepfather, passed away far too soon on July 9, 2026, in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. He was born on November 29, 1986, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and in the years between, he filled the lives of those around him with warmth, humor, and love that remains unforgettable.

Christopher—known to those who loved him by his full name, which he carried with pride—grew up with a spirit both gentle and vibrant. His family remembers him for his kindness and loyalty, the way he listened with compassion and offered support without hesitation. Christopher’s story is best told through the lives he touched, especially his close-knit family who mourn him with aching hearts.

He leaves behind his mother, Christy Smith, whose bond with Christopher was marked by love and understanding. Together they navigated life’s challenges and celebrated its joys. Christopher was a devoted brother to Shane Smith, Kelli Smith, and Sanndra Dubson, each of whom will hold forever in their hearts the countless memories they shared: childhood adventures, moments of laughter, and the quiet comfort of being together as family. To his daughter, Cailee Smith, Christopher brought guidance and care, stepping into his role with an open heart and unwavering acceptance.

While Christopher’s time was cut short, he also leaves behind the memory of loved ones gone before him, including his sister Lori Powell, whose loss left a mark on the family, and his paternal grandparents, cherished and remembered.

Though Christopher’s passing leaves an empty place at the table and in our hearts, his legacy is one not of absence but of enduring love. He shaped those around him through compassion, generosity, and a steadfast presence that cannot be replaced. He will be remembered as someone who gave freely of himself, who loved deeply, and whose laughter brought light into every room.

Christopher’s cremation has been entrusted to Hartwell Funeral Home in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. At this time, there will be no formal services, but family and friends are encouraged to cherish and celebrate his memory in their own way—as Christopher would have wanted: with warmth, genuine affection, and gratitude for every moment shared.

Though gone too soon, Christopher Lee Smith lives on in the hearts of those who loved him, now and always.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Hartwell Funeral Home for their assistance during this difficult time.
