Doyle Duain Hamby

Doyle Duain Hamby 76, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025 with his son and family by his side. He was born July 26, 1949 to Clifton Doyle and Lillian Imogene Hamby in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. He lived his life to the fullest with love, kindness, and dedication to his son, family, and friends.

Doyle lived close to Blue River where he grew up with his parents and grandparents. He attended school in Sulphur Ok. He was a lineman by trade, he enjoyed fishing, working on cars, spending time with family and his son, his greatest accomplishment, and hanging out with his friends. He married Judy Alexander of Tishomingo. They had their son, Sonny Hamby in 1982.

Doyle Duain Hamby is survived by his son, Sonny Hamby of Connerville, Ok. Jeanie Rudisill, sister and spouse Jerry Rudisill of Oklahomca City, Ok, Cousins: Sharon and Dwayne Hutchinson of Muskogee, Ok Tony and Amy Greenwood of Bristow, Ok and Becki and Charles Burnhardt of Schulter, Ok and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both his parents, and his wife.

A graveside service will be held at the cemetery in Connerville, Ok. on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
