Jackie was born in Carnegie, OK on September 03, 1956 to the late Jessie Thomas and Bertha May (Chastin) Thomas. Jackie was raised in Oklahoma City, he later moved to Wayne, OK and then to Arkansas. Jackie moved back to Tishomingo where he lived until his wife passed away on March 19, 2014, he then moved back to Wayne where he loved the remainder of his life. Jackie was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed working on cars and riding motorcycles.
