Jonnie Ray Haines

Jonnie Ray Haines, aged 73, passed away on November 7, 2024, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Jonnie was born on November 25, 1950, in Sulphur, Oklahoma to the late Sam and Dorothy Haines. Jonnie pursued an education at Murray State College for nursing, which laid the foundation for his career as a dedicated salesman. Jonnie was a man of deep faith and loved to share Jesus with others. His hobbies included antiques, fishing, and hunting, reflecting his appreciation for both history and the outdoors.

Jonnie married the love of his life November 8, 1983 in Oklahoma City, Okla. Jonnie was deeply cherished by his spouse, Jean K. Haines of Ardmore, Okla. whom Jonnie is survived by. Jonnie is also survived by a loving family to include his children Jon and Yvette Haines of Dallas, TX; Joy and Blake Dehart of Fort Worth, TX; James and Anna Emmons of Fort Worth, TX; Alison Haines of Austin, TX; Nicole and Jarrod Goddard of Ardmore, OK; Michelle and Randy Cleveland of Mill Creek, OK; Jodie and John Eubank of Tennessee; and Jacob Haines of Ardmore, OK many grandchildren, and one great grandson. He is also survived by his brother, Hank and Lynn Haines of Mill Creek, OK, and sister, Pam and Al Laboda and Sister in law Terry Haines. He was preceded in death by his parents Sam and Dorothy, brother Scott Haines, and grandson Matthew Haines.

A service celebrating Jonnie's life will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM in the Mill Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church. Interment will follow in the Mill Creek Cemetery.
