Justin Wade Clifton

Justin Wade Clifton, 47, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 peacefully in his home surrounded by family. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, friendship, and love for the outdoors.

Justin spent many years as a skilled fabricator at 3C Cattle Feeders in Mill Creek, Ok before changing career directions. He went on to work at Unimin in Roff, Ok and most recently as a maintenance hand for Us Silica in Mill Creek, Ok where he had been employed since September 2014. Justin also proudly served on the Mill Creek Volunteer Fire Department for 15 years. He was a  perfectionist in his craft, Justin took great pride in his work he built. Also when he repaired something it had to be done just right.

Known for his gift of conversation, Justin never met a stranger. He had a natural ability to connect with people, making friends everywhere he went. He carried that same passion into his love for the outdoors, where he found joy in hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and camping. But above all, his greatest pride was his family. He loved his sons, Shooter and Fisher, deeply and passed on to them his appreciation for nature. Justin is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Crystal Clifton; his sons, Shooter and Fisher Clifton; his parents, James and Mildred Clifton; and a host of family members and countless friends who will miss him dearly. A man of simple yet endearing habits, Justin was never to  be without a pair of pliers on his side. His wife and friends often teased him about it, but over the years, those pliers came in handy to many people. He would say, "See. it's a good thing I always have my pliers handy." Justin's memory will live on in the lives he touched, the lessons he shared, and the laughter he brought to those around him.
