Linda Jean Pike

Linda Pike Current Services Linda Jean (Scarbrough) Pike passed from this life on Thursday, August 25, 2022 in Grapevine, Texas at the age of 77 years old. She was born in Milburn, Oklahoma on July 22, 1945 to Leonard Scarbrough and Anna Mae (Smith) Scarbrough. Linda moved with her family to Alabama but spent a great portion of her life living in Texas. After completing high school, Linda went to college and earned her Master's degree in nursing. She enjoyed working and helping those in need. Although being a nurse wasn't always easy with the long shifts and hard work, it was her passion. Linda had a great love for her only grandson, Josh, her family, and her friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Clayton Scarbrough, Delma Ray Scarbrough, Clinton Scarbrough, and Jimmy Scarbrough; Sisters, Ella Mae Scarbrough, Yvonne Rushing, Novella Creed, Norma Rumbaugh, and Brenda Easterwood. She leaves behind to forever cherish her memory, Daughter, Teresa Wright and husband Brad of Grapevine, Tx.; grandson, Josh Creek of Grapevine, Tx. Linda also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends. Linda had requested cremation so there are no services scheduled.
