Linda Sue Rose, aged 76, passed away on October 9, 2024, in Durant, Oklahoma. Born on March 22, 1948, in Eufaula, Oklahoma, Linda dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Certified Medical Assistant at a local nursing home, a role that reflected her nurturing nature and compassion.
Linda cherished her leisure time; she was an avid reader and enjoyed the thrill of visiting casinos. Her hobbies were not just pastimes but a reflection of her spirited and engaging personality.
Linda's life was marked by her unwavering warmth and the deep connections she fostered with everyone she met. Her family and friends will forever remember her as a guiding light and a source of enduring love and strength.
Lindas legacy is carried forward by her loving family. She is survived by her son Darrell Rose of Wichita, KS, daughter Deana Pruitt of Durant, Oklahoma, son Darrin Rose of Hugo, Oklahoma, brothers Jimmy and Danny, sisters Vickie, Diane, and Betty Ann, along with 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ben Briones, her parents, son Eddie, sisters Debbie and Laura, and brothers Jacky and Mike.
