Minnie Lee Bo') Hartwell

Minnie Lee "Turner" Hartwell (Granny Bo) was born on May 15, 1949 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Roy and Vina Mae "Walling" Turner She passed from this life on February 20, 2014 at her home in Mannsville at the age of 64 years, 9 months & 5 days. She went to school at Dickson and later graduated. From Haileyville High school in 1967. She married Roger Hartwell in Ardmore, Oklahoma on November 2, 1968. She was best known to friends and family as Granny Bo. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially Roger. They enjoyed doing everything together, especially auctions, goat shows, and church activities. She was always supported Roger with his ministry as a pastor, and she enjoyed being a pastors wife. Just recently Roger got involved in the funeral business and now owns the Tishomingo Funeral Home and Minnie supported him in that decision as she did all of the others. She loved playing games on her I-pad, and doing word search puzzles. She baby sat in her home many years. She had a hand in raising a lot of children in Mannsville. She worked at home on the family dairy farm, worked/or Nance's Pecan in Ardmore, and she worked as a Home Health Provider. Minnie was preceded in death by both her parents and a brother Homer Turner. She is survived by one daughter Staci Helm and husband Lee, one son Blake Hartwell and girlfriend Delilah Cooper, seven grandchildren Justin Hartwell and wife Andrea, Kelsi Eddings and husband Dalton, Kenzi Hartwell, Layne Hartwell, Maisie Hartwell, Savannah Caldwell and husband Josh, and Patrick Helm and wife Samantha. Two great-grandchildren Jonah Eddings, and Addilyn Caldwell.
