Roy Biggs Current Services Longtime Shawnee resident, Roy Lee Biggs peacefully departed from this life, Monday, January 31, 2022, at the age of 82. Roy spent many years as a civil servant working at Tinker Field in the Engine Test Cell area. Roy was loved by all those that were blessed to know him and will be remembered fondly by his family and friends. A memorial graveside service will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 at 11 am at Tishomingo City Cemetery located at 705 S, Murray Avenue, Tishomingo, OK 73460.
