Samuel William Thomas of Madill, OK passed away on Thursday October 12 at the Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa at the age of 74 years & 23 days. Samuel was born on September 19, 1943 to the late Jack Blalock & Mandy Blalock. Samuel attended high school in Madill and later went on to college. Samuel served in the United States Air Force as a Computer Technician. Samuel also served families in north Texas during one of the most difficult times of their lives as funeral director for many years. Samuel enjoyed watching the History Channel & the news. He also loved to travel and he loved his dogs.
