Christopher Donlee Magruder

Christopher Donlee Magruder, 29 of Tishomingo passed away on November 24, 2022 in Longtown, Oklahoma.  Christopher was born December 24, 1992 in Ada, Ok to Chris Magruder and Crystal Adams.  He grew up in Tishomingo and attended Tishomingo Schools.  Christopher and his girlfriend moved to Longtown, Oklahoma about a year ago, where he remained until his death.  

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Christopher's family always found humor in the fact that he was a "self-proclaimed" genius.  He always said that Albert Einstein must have been his father!  Others in the family didn't agree with his self- proclamation.  Christopher was funny and just had a hilarious personality.  He loved his three sons dearly and they were the most important people to him.  They were the light of his life.  Christopher loved going out and shooting his guns, riding his 4-wheeler, and tinkering on things.  He enjoyed taking different guns and using the parts to build new ones.  Christopher may have been tough on the exterior but inside, he was big Mama's Boy.  He will be missed by many.

Christopher was preceded in death by his grandparents.

He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory, fiance, Emily McBroom of Longtown, Ok; sons, Michael Magruder, Chevy Magruder, and Corbin Magruder, all of Tishomingo; parents, Chris Magruder and Donita of Connerville and Crystal Adams of Tishomingo; brothers, Colton Magruder of Tishomingo, Carson Magruder of Tishomingo, Mason Arnold of Tishomingo, Zane Arnold of Jay, Ok, Chase Watkins of Tishomingo; sisters, Chandra Magruder of Tishomingo, Cadyn Watkins of Tishomingo, and Caslyn Magruder of Tishomingo; grandmother, Priscilla Humphries along with numerous other family members and friends.

Graveside services to honor the life of Christopher will be Friday, December 2nd at 2 pm in Tishomingo City Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday, December 1st at the funeral home from 6-8 pm.  

Serving as pall bearers will be Chris Magruder, Bobby Frelich, Colton Magruder, Mikey Reed, Mason Arnold, Chase Watkins, and Ty Magruder.
