Geraldine Isabelle (Aycox) Webb

Geraldine Isabelle (Aycox) Webb of Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away May 22, 2022 at her home surrounded by family at the age of 89 years, 4 months, and 9 days.  She was born on January 13, 1933 in Orr, Oklahoma to the late Clint Aycox and Charity Annie (Reeves) Aycox.

Geraldine grew up in Ardmore and was of the Baptist faith.  She married Billy Joe Webb on January 18, 1950, a union that would last 58 years.  From this union, four children were born, Randy, Ricky, Kay, and Tammy.

Although Geraldine never worked outside the home, she had a full time job managing her house and raising children.  She made meals for every occasion and was a great cook.  She raised four kids and and two grandchildren.  Geraldine loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.  She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, Bill.  They travelled to many places, including California, Tennessee, and Ohio just to mention a  few.  They didn't visit all 50 states but travelled to several of them.  

Geraldine was preceded in death by both of her parents, husband, Bill; son, Randy Webb; daughter, Tammy Collins; brothers, R.T. Aycox, Nevlin Aycox, and Kirby Aycox.

She is survived by Son, Ricky Webb and wife, Anna of Ardmore; daughters, Sherry "Kay" Williams of Ardmore Pamela Hood, and Shell Webb; great-granddaughter that she raised as her daughter, Kayla Webb; brothers, Lonnie Aycox of Ardmore and Marion Aycox of Gainesville, Tx; sister, Inez Bray of Wilson; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services to honor and celebrate Geraldine's life are scheduled for May 27, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Pruitt Cemetery in Ardmore.  Services are under the direction and care of Hartwell Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Hartwell Funeral Home for the services of Geraldine Webb.
